Description: Myricetin is a naturally occurring flavonoid that is found in berries, fruit, vegetables, herbs, tea, and red wine. Research has shown that myricetin has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It may also help lower cholesterol. Myricetin is found in bark, leaves, and roots of the plant myrica cerifera. It is completely soluble in water which is why is it popluar for tea.
